Refund policy

Every product in our shop is made just for you when you order - so we don't offer returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size or just changing your mind. But don’t worry, if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll make it right!

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, we’re here to help! Just email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • A photo of the item so we can see what went wrong

Once we review it, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a refund.


🛑 What We Can’t Accept:

Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Custom design mistakes (unless it's on our end!)
